All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation, and delivery typically takes 3–5 working days nationwide, depending on your location and courier service operations. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress. While we strive to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or courier service disruptions, for which we shall not be held liable.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience; however, in some cases, advance payment may be required to confirm the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including name, address, and contact details, to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified. In case of non-acceptance or refusal of a Cash on Delivery order, the brand reserves the right to restrict future orders or require advance payment for subsequent purchases. Customers are advised to ensure availability at the provided address to receive the parcel. Upon delivery, customers should inspect the package carefully before accepting it. Any issues such as damaged or tampered packaging must be reported immediately with proper evidence.
