We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be Exchange within 7–14 days of delivery (you can set your own timeline).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products that are washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-refundable.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, underwear, and similar products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email/SMS.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit (as per your choice).

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.

4. Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • Exchange requests follow the same return policy guidelines.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If a defective or wrong product is delivered, we will cover the shipping cost.
